Pros

Unlimited PTO - if you can take it! Good benefits

Cons

If you like working in a dictatorship, this is the place for you. They don’t want to hear what you think or what needs to be done. Just do what you’re told and if it doesn’t work, it’s your fault. Is anyone surprised the turnover is so high here?

Pros

I'm excited to be working for a builder that truly excels at delivering an exceptional customer experience by putting buyers first at every step of the process. Beazer Homes' commitment to giving back within the communities it serves, as well as supporting meaningful charitable initiatives, creates a strong sense of purpose and belonging. It feels rewarding to be part of something bigger than just building homes.

Cons

I cannot identify any cons at this time.
