      Good benefits package, great hard-working people, opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      When sales are down, it's a very negative atmosphere. Also, not a lot of vacation time is offered and there is a high turnover rate for employees (especially good ones).

      My paycheck cleared the bank. IT Professionals (non-management) empathetic and knowledgeable.

      Cons

      Miro-management, environment is collapsed and hostile. There is no team collaboration, treated like children and thrown under the bus by the IT managers. Totally mis-treated by the managers.
