Pros

I love the culture and the support from everyone. When I ask a question, no matter who to, they will stop what they are doing to help out. I also find that I’m encouraged to take time off if I need to. No guilt. The CEO is very personable, and he will take time to get to know each employee.

Cons

I haven’t found a con so far!

Pros

The company focuses on doing the right thing. From the way Beazer Homes builds homes to the way they treat people they just do it right. While there is a strong commitment to succeed, it's equally matched by a commitment to making a positive impact on the communities we live in and giving back.

Cons

Sometimes the company moves in a cautious and conservative manner.
