      Pros

      Loved working in the Warranty department. Great leadership, great working atmosphere, they have a solid team and a great division leader. Fun job and you get to learn a lot and work directly with the build team to give the homeowners what they are wanting. Would confidently recommend to others to work in the Warranty department.

      Pros

      CEO is very transparent. I think the leadership is interested in doing the right thing. They aren't perfect, but who is. In my experience for a large company they are a very good place to work and they put out a good product.

      Cons

      Some of the systems are a little outdated. I also think we are stretched a bit thin headcount wise in certain areas.
