      I really enjoyed my time at Beazer Homes. Management really cares about your improvement, and the salary is very fair.

      Implemented COVID policies (comply to vaccination or weekly testing).

      Good benefits and PTO. A lot of good employees working hard to achieve company goals.

      Cons

      The company tries to do the right things. But they fall short on execution. The CEO is an egomaniacal control freak who believes only he knows the right answer. He terrorizes people if they dare to speak up. The “anonymous” employee engagement survey is a joke - everyone MUST complete it and then they analyze to see who made negative comments
