Pros

Beazer offers a solid product — great value, strong energy efficiency, and high-quality construction.

Cons

The work environment is extremely toxic. Leadership is disconnected and lacks the experience to support the sales team. You’re treated like you’re easily replaceable, and expectations are unrealistic. Turnover among both salespeople and managers is constant, which makes stability nearly impossible. There’s no real investment in people, and company culture is nonexistent.

Pros

Beazer is a great company with a balance of work & life.

Cons

Not always staffed for coverage for a vacation so your sales partner should be single and want to work your days off unless they have someone to cover. Management does try to help but may not work with your trip dates.
