Pros

None. Absolutely none. Leadership is nothing but bean counters.

Cons

You are even less that “just a number”.

Pros

Great team at the Sacramento Division (and company-wide). Very generous PTO benefits. Compensation and bonus opportunity was competitive within the industry. Beazer looks to first promote from within when a position becomes available/open, which translates to career growth opportunities. Career growth can be huge if you are a hard worker and also open to relocating to another division to pursue an opportunity that is not yet available at your division. Company is a leader within the industry on data management.

Cons

Not sure this is a "con", but you must be able to handle being held accountable. Depending on the position and timing, you may be asked to relocate for a promotional opportunity (can be viewed as a pro or con, depending on the circumstances).
