Pros

Great management, down to earth and approachable. Lots of potential to make a lot of money. Good value homes for the money.

Cons

None really, we all know we sign up to work weekends and holidays, but that's just part of the job!

Pros

Great quality and home designs, excellent compensation package, excellent benefits

Cons

The Atlanta division is a hostile work environment with heavy attrition rate. The Division President needs to be removed in order for this division to be successful. They have had 4 VP’s since 06/2019, numerous Sales Managers, and a revolving door of sales people.
