We are a safety first organization that values our employees, customers and trade partners. We deliver high quality energy efficient homes at a great value, largely due to the tenure of our building team. We are competitive, and it is a work hard atmosphere and we also take the time to enjoy our successes.

everything! the divisional president has her nose in everything and will not let the managers manage. The work life balance is terrible. They make you do call a thons on your days off and bring your kids if you cannot find a baby sitter. They constantly threaten your job and constantly threaten to write you up. You will constantly be fearful of getting fired. They put the agents in communities the furtherest from their homes, I drove 50+ miles one way. Working every single holiday while corporate office has paid time off.

Integrity is important here, I am proud to work for a company that delivers best in class product and service. We don't compromise safety or quality. I can say that work life balance is also valued here. Professionally, our leadership challenges us, but also makes effort to listen to the employees and provide us with needed resources. We have an organization that is willing to invest in time for the safety of all, they invest in technology for efficiency, and are open to innovation. Overall, they have created a culture you can be proud of.

we beat up our personal cars pretty bad.
