Expecting Employees to wear multiple hats to the point where they aren't able to excel. Poor technical training which makes it difficult for newcomers to learn Unclear job roles - Not often what you think you're going to do or flat out not what you signed up for. Little opportunity or explanation for job advancement even if you've been with the company for a while. Not compensated properly for the amount of work you put in
