      Pros

      During my tenure Beazer Homes was a very team oriented company. Furthermore, they were very fair with their compensation, and valued their employees.

      Cons

      I really can’t think of any cons regarding this particular company. They really were great to work with. Good company.

      There are good employees who work hard and mean well. They usually leave at the first opportunity.

      Cult of personality Micromanagement from top down, good ole boy network C Suite are clueless sociopaths Employees have been discretely told to add favorable reviews on Glassdoor to offset the wave of negative reviews that accurately reflect just how messed up the culture is at Beazer
