I have been with Beazer Homes for over 4 years now, and I have been well supported and have always liked my job. I have had the pleasure of growing my career with Beazer Homes, starting as a builder, transitioning to sales, and then getting a promotion to management most recently. I am very thankful and pleased with how Beazer hires from within when they can, and encourages career growth within the company! The upper management team is very supportive and the company culture has been great, as they encourage a healthy work life balance.
Cons
The environment for new construction is difficult right now, but Beazer is managing it as well as possible.
