      Ok job with little pay

      Pros

      It was a good starter job. Had some opportunity to learn the industry, in a limited environment. Team sizes stayed smaller. (Good and bad).

      Cons

      No upward mobility available and the pay was sub par. Management didn’t have a care for their employees greater growth, whether it was at company or just overall career as a person.

      I found nothing worse praising this company about in any shape or form.

      Cons

      Quality of the staff. Quality of the homes. There really aren't any words to how disgusting this company's practices are.

      Dysfunctional environment. Its a good chance if your narcissistic, psychotic or a sociopath you will fit in, be rewarded, praised and keep your job. If you do what your supposed to do, respect the customers and complete your work you'll be a target and bullied and possibly lose your job.
