Pros

Really friendly colleagues that have been helpful from the first day. An abundance of knowledge internally with so many opportunities to speak to colleagues with experience from the insurance industry and beyond. Great employee benefits including commuting costs being covered and lunch.

Cons

No clear structure for career progression as the organisation has a flat structure.

People! The team I have joined is incredibly amazing. They are more than welcoming, international and open minded. We really click when it comes to team working and helping out. The onboarding (IT & Marc Haynes) was also really great.

Cons

Overtime not being discounted in holidays or in salary.
