The most important thing is the culture and people at Beazley - it offers an amazing environment for you to work. Company is growing really fast and there are lots of opportunities to develop. It allows you flexibility to balance your life with work and be efficient. The benefits offered are more than generous.

Pros

- Management and colleagues are friendly and willing to assist. No egos! - Flexibility. The possibility to work anywhere you want. You just need to get your work done. - Retribution and benefits are really good compared to other companies in Spain

Cons

- The company is growing so fast, that some departments are struggling to keep the pace of work, as we lack of new hires.
