      Don't expect career growth in UCO team

      Lots of vacation days, good benefits

      Cons

      The position in UCO is a dead end. There is no way of career progression. The direct reporting line is not to underwriters, so don't expect that they would spend time training you or treating you as part of their team, because you are not.

      Pros

      Beazley cares about you as a person. So many of the employees are allowed to either work from home and arranged their schedules. They want the job to get done, but are not going to micromanage you.

      None that I can think of.
