Pros

Free lunch! Business casual, friendly atmosphere. Very fast-paced so never boring. I really like the people I work directly with.

Cons

Things are so fast-paced, management often doesn't have time to respond to employees' concerns. Overtime is often required, but it's nice to have the extra money.
