Flexiblea work hours, friendly and approachable staff. You truly do feel welcome when joining. Great benefits package, and lovely London office (& the Market area for lunch is amazing!)

Cons

The perspective of growth/progression is unclear - however, this company is a great place to start your career and learn in the field.
