Cons

Lack of opportunities for development and to move around - feels like I am only being paid for my role and the company doesn't want me to grow and learn anything else... which ironically would give me a better understanding for my role

Very flexible. Good benefits and bonus. In general friendly people and focus on people.

Cons

Depending on areas, some people have been there for a long time which can be both good and bad. Small company becoming big, issues surrounding that.
