Flexiblea work hours, friendly and approachable staff. You truly do feel welcome when joining. Great benefits package, and lovely London office (& the Market area for lunch is amazing!)

1. Heavy meeting culture which can be exhausting 2. Salaried employees work a lot of OT - performance expectations are high 3. There has been a lot of change over the last several years which can lead to uncertainty. Specifically in Operations...
