Benefits are good People are generally friendly

Cons

Below-market pay. Terrible IT management, save for Engineering Manager. Overly reliant on poorly-managed and underskilled outsourcing. Leadership in UK regards US staff as second-rate. IT especially is a boys' club. Lack of diversity.
