Cons

Leadership is fully committed to exporting work to India at the expense of local workers. Customers realizing the value Bechtel brings to the table is not commensurate to the cost of working with this company.

Salary and benefits were superior.

Cons

The Field culture that I experienced was filled with nepotism and unqualified employees that were hored solely based on who the knew in the company. I witnessed a office clerk being hired to fill a Field Electrical Engineer at a nuclear facility. This person, female/blonde, had zero technical knowledge and/or experience to complete any of the job requirements. However, remained on the job and protected by management.
