Great company to work for with an emphasis on safety and quality. Salary package can be exceptional if working overseas and contract provides for accommodations, vehicle, family status, etc. Overseas projects can be challenging and rewarding.

Cons

Worked in nuclear power and petrochemical divisions of Bechtel. Be prepared to travel whether domestically or internationally. Promotions can be slow especially if you are an American working out of the London regional office.
