Bechtel is an EPC project management company and has a perfect management system. The managers are so professional and helpful. An awesome employee training system is implemented which helps you get the most recent techniques of your job in a dynamic environment.

Although there is a good project management system implemented in Bechtel, people should be committed to follow it as much as possible.

- recently, the projects/positions are scarce - not a lot of growth in the US - tasks subdivided among disciplines with poor hand-offs; work walled off making it difficult to get things done - good ole boy network with poor promotion decisions - no long-term planning by upper management, rather rash decision and last minute reactions
