Employees are now required to be in the office 3 days per week; previously 2 days per week. Brendan/Craig (and all the other middle management who drink the kool-aid) purport this change will lead to "more collaboration", but from what I've seen it's just given people more time to waste standing around talking about non-work related stuff (usually for hours on end). Other than that, 401K isn't matched until after working one year. It's a fair amount, but not THAT much more than other places to warrant not matching from the very beginning. Additionally raises seem to be small, and promotions don't really seem to be a thing.

Great salary, great culture, mostly employees are very friendly and almost everyone knows each other, you will feel like a family. Free accommodation with 3 meals a day, laundry service.
