Pros

great people and company that cares about you. Had a goal throughout covid to not lay off anyone. President and leadership cut their salaries through the initial covid shock. Great Worklife balance, real unlimited pto with no stigma.

Standard procedures still being developed, pay could be more

Pros

Small company culture with huge goals! Leadership actually cares about their people and will help in any way possible. Beck Tech is always trying to do the right thing for clients.

Cons

When companies are in hyper growth mode there will always be moving parts. As long as you are ok with change then you will be alright.
