Fun and relaxed office culture, great coworkers that strive to follow best practices and pass on their knowledge, tons of interesting projects to work on, currently growing very quickly as they are releasing new products that are revolutionizing the industry, leadership is a few desks away and very invested in every member of the team, many training opportunities available
Cons
If you don't like a lot of individual responsibility then being on a small team like this isn't the best for you. I found, however, that it allowed my knowledge to quickly grow and I thrived on the challenges.
