Cons

After the merge with Ensemble the job has been more fast pace and has higher stress levels. Lacking in communication between the facility and new partners.

I enjoyed my time while working for Beebe. I felt I had good work life balance. I felt supported by my manager and truly enjoyed working with my coworkers. The doctors trusted me as a valuable asset and appreciated the work that went into this position.

Cons

The pay was subpar at best. I do not believe it is competitive with other facilities in the area and I do feel this position is underpaid by a substantial amount. I was one nurse for four physicians (where the ratio should be 1:1).
