      Small, community hospital that continues to grow. Everyone is nice and easy to work with

      co workers are nice as can be, good pay, good benefits

      Cons

      You will constantly work overtime, work thru lunch (you cant eat at your station so you can just starve) , you are expected to take call after working a 12 hours shift then get called several times in the middle of the night and be back to work the next morning. There is no support. You will be worked to death and stressed beyond what is imaginable. Many unsafe working conditions. There is no life work balance.

      Pros

      Benifits were stellar. I recently retired and had a great retirement plan. The staff was nice but definitely not given any autonomy so I’m surprised they were so nice.

      Cons

      Too many to list, but overall the hospital is physician and upper management driven. Very few nurses with experience come to Beebe and succeed due to the backward culture.
