      Pros

      Very positive management attitude from top down. True desire to improve and to address change, improvement and problem solving, but lost in process. Terrific benefits and concern for employee welfare. Very community oriented, many free programs for people to maintain or improve health.

      Cons

      Inconsistent application of management, enforcement of policies, rules; Leadership members lack authority or confidence to make changes or discipline. Few true leaders, tied up in meeting after meeting. Long time employees have lock on jobs regardless of the productivity. It's who you know or who you're related to.
