Mission-driven organization that cares deeply about its patients and the community. Strong focus on quality care and patient safety. Committed to creating strong employee engagement. Friendly culture. Small community we know our patients. CEO very accessible.

Cons

Some challenges with independent physicians treating employees poorly. Not all docs accept negative feedback nor ready to change how they practice.

Patient care is foremost. Beebe values are high on all employee's lists.

Cons

Growing too fast without proper infrastructure of staffing. Too many employees are kept as casual and used as full-time without any benefits. Management seems oblivious to under-staffing and yet makes more and more demands of those who are trying to keep the growing population served.
