      Pros

      Beeline offers a positive atmosphere and a great work culture. The atmosphere is high energy and there are lots of opportunities for growth. Increased focus on innovation and very proactive product management. Increased support from parent company (Adecco). Culture is highly customer focused but never loses sight of their people.

      Cons

      Company is growing which always involves constant change and the need for some process improvement. But they make great efforts to try to keep everyone informed all the time which helps in the change management..
