      Pros

      Open to innovation, management supports you (as long as you're delivering) but doesn't micro-manage, flat management structure without a lot of bureaucracy

      Cons

      Despite recent management efforts to broaden this, too many employees act as if everyone in Beeline works just in one location (Jacksonville) and works just on one product (CWS). Also still a bit unclear how 2010 acquisition by Adecco will impact us (positively or negatively).

      Pros

      The leadership is great, the company offers great benefits, the atmosphere is electric and it is just an exciting place to work at.

      Cons

      There really isn't one, but the only one that would come close is that we don't get as many holidays off like most others might.

      Beeline is by far the best company I have worked for and they care about employees

      The atmosphere The people The fact that each employee is not just a number I get a true since that my job is making a diffrence in the success of the company.

      Cons

      Based on what I have seen in the market, Beeline is a little behind in salaries, however, the environment where we work is worth a few thousand dollars.
