      Pros

      Beeline has forward thinking leadership, who are not afraid to take on challenges in the marketplace. I have found my colleagues to be talented and creative, and I enjoy the collegial atmosphere of the organization.

      Cons

      Beeline needs to continue to find ways to make its field operations feel like part of the overall team. This has been an area of challenge for the organization and work still needs to be done in this critical area.

      Pros

      Beeline offers a positive atmosphere and a great work culture. The atmosphere is high energy and there are lots of opportunities for growth. Increased focus on innovation and very proactive product management. Increased support from parent company (Adecco). Culture is highly customer focused but never loses sight of their people.

      Cons

      Company is growing which always involves constant change and the need for some process improvement. But they make great efforts to try to keep everyone informed all the time which helps in the change management..
