      The Extra Mile is not a Crowded Place

      Pros

      Beeline is a company that has a culture which is respectful and professional. I am surrounded with professionals who make me feel like I am part of a wonderful team. Unlike some competitors, Beeline’s mantra is to do the right thing and treat our clients and suppliers like we would like to be treated. I love working here and love the character of this company. Beeline as a company goes the extra mile for me, my peers and our clients… I love that.

      Cons

      If there was one thing I wish I could change it would be compensation. I feel like Beeline is about 20% below market rate based on my relationships with peers from other firms and my own personal experiences. If salaries remain low, I worry about us being able to attract the best and the brightest people to help us continue to improve our position and to become the number one VMS / MSP company in the world.

      Pros

      Growing company with lots of opportunities Team Based culture gives great feeling. Fun activities that everyone contributes to. Lot's of opportunities for career growth. Great parent company support.

      Cons

      Growing rapidly causes some pain points. Processes need to be improved, but without limiting the flexibility of a dynamic company.

      Pros

      Open to innovation, management supports you (as long as you're delivering) but doesn't micro-manage, flat management structure without a lot of bureaucracy

      Cons

      Despite recent management efforts to broaden this, too many employees act as if everyone in Beeline works just in one location (Jacksonville) and works just on one product (CWS). Also still a bit unclear how 2010 acquisition by Adecco will impact us (positively or negatively).
