Pros

There are some great teams to works with and be a part of. The company as a whole works as a team and are welcoming and helpful-- there are always a few outliers but the majority are awesome people to work with.

Cons

There are certain departments that do not know how to invest in their employees to help them move forward in their career and get them where they want to be.

Best work experience of my career

Pros

Leadership that is honest, open, supportive and encouraging. They mean do what the say. The best 3 years of my professional life. I only left because I wanted to retire.

Cons

I worked remotely which has its pros and cons. The con being missing company gatherings and in person interactions. … that’s not on Beeline, it was my choice to work remotely.

Client Services side needs a bottom up restructuring

Pros

Friendly, laid back culture, flexible

Cons

The expectations for the Client Operations side of the house has been steadily diminishing for years, and it is at a point where certain departments spend half of their time doing half the job of Client Operations. Clients get frustrated with it, Technical positions get frustrated with it, and there seems to be no plans to improve or change the situation in any way. It is very motivationally draining to see no progress made despite countless suggestions for improvement.
