      Beeline - The perfect fit for someone looking for a balanced work/personal life.

      Pros

      Beeline understands that I have a life outside of my hours in the office. Management is always understanding of unplanned life situations. My Manager has an open door policy – it makes offering suggestion (wither they take them or not) easier.

      Cons

      Little guided internal development. but will support you seeking development outside of the company. Communication of processes - still a young company, that needs to nail down internal processes.

      Pros

      Beeline takes the time to train you, that has to be one of the biggest assets along with the respect they show for each individual. Beeline has a very relaxed atmosphere (despite the time crunches) where you feel you can take a deep breath before rolling up your sleeves and getting the job done.

      Cons

      There are a lot of meetings and not enough space and you stay VERY busy but that's not really a downside either.

      Pros

      The people are smart, accessible, dedicated, fun and genuine. Good use of social networking tools.

      Cons

      Lots of travel (which is a plus, too). Expense reimbursement is a pain and not current with other major companies.
