      - Beeline puts a lot of emphasis on its culture with visible and positive results across the staff. Employees like working for the company and several have long tenure records - There is important flexibility and balance around work/life - CEO and senior leadership is close to perfect; the company is in strong hands - People are typically friendly and eager to help out in tough situations and projects

      Cons

      - Further career opportunities within the company are not always crystal clear, while personal and team goals may appear standard and not uniquely conceptualized - Although not a con per se, compensation and benefits could be a little higher and more extensive given Beeline's great public profile

      Pros

      The nine company values are very good and the company actually pays attention to them. Great collaboration and communication between teams in Product. They are trying to do UI and UX work the right way.

      Cons

      Beeline is struggling to adjust to current economy and get more small to medium sized clients. They purchased two smaller companies last year and that seems to have caused a budget crunch as they wrestle with how to merge all three together, leading to layoffs this year.
