It's like a big family. The culture here is honest/transparent, and laid back with a work hard, play hard mentality. I feel comfortable being myself. This is the first company I've worked for where I truly like who I work with and consider them friends.

Cons

Only drawback for me is the compensation. I came from the financial industry and took a $20k cut coming to Beeline, but I'm SO much happier at Beeline.
