      Great company with a great culture

      Pros

      The culture here is really top notch. Everyone is very friendly and understanding and there is definitely a "we are all in this together" type of attitude around here. Everyone totally gets that everyone else has a life outside of work so there is plenty of flexibility needed for a great work/life balance. Also most people here genuinely enjoy working together and coming to work each day - really makes for a positive atmosphere and a fun group. One of the company values is direct communication and I think we are all better off for it. Communication really becomes easy when you foster the kind of environment that allows people to speak very directly and plainly without the need to decipher what is being unsaid. The unlimited PTO is pretty appealing, but I am pretty sure that people are probably using less overall since no one wants to be the one who takes too much time off. It has been a really cool time to work here as a developer because we've been getting a lot of exposure to new technologies in the last few years. Overall, I really love working at Beeline. This is an amazing company with an amazing group of people.

      Cons

      - No 401k match - Pay isn't as competitive as other companies in the area. - A lot of people tend to get stuck in the mindset of "this is how we've always done things".

      I Found My People!

      Pros

      Frequent and Transparent Communication from Senior Leadership, Open Door Policy to Senior Leadership, Huge Customer Service Orientation (and everybody is a Customer), Spirit of Fun and High Energy, Accountability Encouraged, Blaming Discouraged, Mistake Forgiveness (learn from it and move on), Team Work, Inclusive Culture, Virtually EVERYONE helps everyone else. Great product, great people. "Find The Way" culture. They are also excellent music video dancers... ok, well not excellent, but certainly entertaining! Check them out you tube, I saw it before going to work there and told my spouse, "hey honey! I found my people!" Beeline culture is to work hard, do our very best, and not take ourselves too too seriously.

      Cons

      Health Care benefits are average.

      Pros

      Hands down the best thing about beeline are the people. When there are issues which there always will be in a software everyone is hands on deck and works until the issue is resolved. Very flexible hours Flexible Work From Home Great new looking office Great tech stack including Azure

      Cons

      Change is slower than it needs to be at times Evaluations, feedback isn't always given. Only positive, we all have something we can do better and sometimes a hard conversation is needed.

We agree that sometimes hard conversations are needed - it's one of our core principals around 'Direct Communication', and important part of fostering that great 'all hands on deck' approach we see so often.
