I have been part of the Beeline team for 7+ years and could not imagine another organization I would rather belong to. The people are passionate and bright and leadership is progressive, accessible, above-and-beyond supportive, and ‘human’. An authentic customer centric culture (customer being ‘anyone who isn’t me’) is embodied across all levels of the organization where employees truly care about clients, partners, suppliers and each other.

I genuinely have not experienced any downside

Pros

Where to start: Let's start at the top. Our CEO and the Executive Leadership Team are some of the most caring and transparent I have ever been around. You understand where the company is at and they make you want to run through walls for them. They care about their customers in a deeply meaningful way. Average, big, or small, any customer has a direct line to our CEO to chat about anything on their mind. Customer support is a huge focus of Beeline and it is reflective in the extremely high customer retention rate. It seems like nearly weekly someone is celebrating their 10+ year anniversary at Beeline. I have personally been here for 6+ years and those years have been the best of my life. I can't imagine being anywhere else. I am provided all the resources necessary to succeed and people are always willing to jump in and help.

I truly cannot think of anything.

Colleagues, leadership and management team. The level of support starts at the top and works its way to the teams that I have the pleasure of interacting with on a daily basis. This company truly, genuinely cares about its employees and our well being.

Cons

The only draw back are the medical benefits for my family and myself.
