Pros

I have only been in Beeline for a little less than a year and I love it. Everyday I get to design something new. The marketing team is great at communicating their vision and works hard to give Beeline a competitive edge. Beeline's culture is unmatched to any other companies that I've worked for. During trying times our CEO Doug has sent heart felt emails to reassure us that we'll get through whatever hurdle life throws at us. I feel blessed to be part of the Beeline family.

Pros

Where to start: Let's start at the top. Our CEO and the Executive Leadership Team are some of the most caring and transparent I have ever been around. You understand where the company is at and they make you want to run through walls for them. They care about their customers in a deeply meaningful way. Average, big, or small, any customer has a direct line to our CEO to chat about anything on their mind. Customer support is a huge focus of Beeline and it is reflective in the extremely high customer retention rate. It seems like nearly weekly someone is celebrating their 10+ year anniversary at Beeline. I have personally been here for 6+ years and those years have been the best of my life. I can't imagine being anywhere else. I am provided all the resources necessary to succeed and people are always willing to jump in and help.

When you find something that makes you feel at home you embrace it and strive to make it better for all. Beeline is that place. The drive to make our clients better is embedded in our culture it’s just a way of life. When you can’t wait to see what the workday has in store for you, you know that you have landed in a special place. Glad to be a part of something this profound!!!
