      Pros

      I found that the teams at Beeline are supportive. Excellent executive leadership team that provides its employees with honest transparency. Overall a great place to work!

      Cons

      No 401k matching. Would prefer the company do away with unlimited PTO as most of us use less given feeling guilty taking it. Having a bucket of PTO we use/earn throughout the year would be a better model.

      Pros

      Leadership is transparent and does their best to make sure the employees know where they stand and where the company stands. Most management will practice what they preach and at the very least make sure the employees have what they needs personally an professionally to not only do their job, but to be happy as individuals outside of Beeline.

      Cons

      As a vendor, we are at the mercy of our clients, so every now and then you get that bad apple client who makes your job a lot harder because of their perception when it comes to dealing with a 3rd party company. Most clients welcome beeline with open arms, while others are resistant to change.

      Pros

      The culture at Beeline is by far the best. Cross-functional collaboration and support with various teams and departments. Everyone is willing to help to get work done. Management makes every effort to be transparent, which tells that they truly care about the happiness of their employees. Relaxed and calm environment, even though the work we do can be fast paced and involve multi-tasking sometimes. Flexible With Vacation Time and good work/life balance.
