Pros

I LOVE Beeline! A true people and family first company, that values and sees it's employees as people. The culture here is really great and embodies the principles of Beeline. What I love most is that we band together during the hard times, as well as the good. In customer success, everyone is willing to jump in and help find the way. It's truly a great company with great people, which is so hard to find. My job itself is very stressful, but it's worth it for the flexibility I have and the people I work with.

Cons

- No 401k Match or fitness membership reimbursements - In general, hard work is valued and rewarded at Beeline. However, being smaller, sometimes there aren't many opportunities to try something new or move up in the company (outside of management). But again, all the pros far outweigh any cons (which are really just opportunities for improvement)

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide such thoughtful feedback. Pros

We had a situation in '09 where we fell victim to the economy plunging at the time. Our leadership team had to make some decisions on what to do. At this point Beeline was just around the 10 year mark and still developing as a company. I had just passed my 1st year with the company and was still getting acclimated however cautiously optimistic with the challenges we faced. Doug (now CEO then VP of Sales) with our former president and executive team came up with a plan. While the details are not necessary the point, what is important is that they were true to their word and came out of the storm better than before. Not all agreed however the fact they kept their word and truly looked at us like family sold me. I have obviously had ups and downs with the company however the ups have clearly outweighed the downs in my tenure. Now 11+ years later we are encountering another challenge with COVID-19 along with other social challenges but I still feel the same. We have GREAT employees and management who genuinely care about each other and 9 times out of 10 do it because they want to - not because they have to. This kind of culture is hard to walk away from. All I can do is keep contributing.

Cons

- Small company means less room for promotions
