Pros

Beeline has a very unique culture and very close knit community. There is a relaxed environment in which you feel comfortable reaching out and speaking to anyone.

Cons

After a merger last year, the company morale was really down. It is getting better but still not great. They laid off a lot of people only to now realize that we did in fact need some of those people laid off.

Pros

I have been an employee with IQN for over 7 years and have worked through a lot of management and employee changes. They have recently implemented more perks like unlimited PTO, and the staff (outside of executive management) is wonderful to work with.

Cons

There have been multiple layoffs (5-6) in the last 3 years. The last round of layoffs in September was blamed on an effort to "simplify" the company ... and then the acquisition and "merger" was announced 2 months later. Management needs to be more transparent with employees. They resist promotions due to the increased cost so hard working employees remain at the same position/level for 5+ years, despite manager promises year after year. The entire DTC office looks like a ghost town - empty desks and offices. Morale is low. Even certain members of upper management have been job hunting for the last 6+ months.

Pros

Remote work, flexible time off, little travel

Cons

The culture has shifted for the worse in the last year and a half. The company has a new private equity owner and it is now all about the bottom line. There was a massive layoff with little to no reason as to who let go. All of the "in" crown stayed and it was used as way to clear out the un wated people. The CEO was cold and harsh with the layoffs and managers seemed blindsided by who was chosen. This has resulted in less people with just as much work. Longer days, same pay because there is a freeze on increases.
