      Pros

      I’ve met some of the most talented people during my time at Beeline. It truly is inspiring to be exposed to the innovation that our clients partner with us on. Work life balance is great! Leadership takes the interests of every employee to heart. In fact, I know that I can pick up the phone at anytime and chat with them about work or something else entirely. Our clients success drives the success of Beeline so keeping our clients front and center has always been a top priority. I would highly recommend working here.

      Would like to see a 401k match in the future.

      Pros

      I've been with this company for nearly 17 years. Through the good and bad times. No place is perfect but the message is consistent with them - family first and we will support you. The culture is amazing and the company's 9 principals has has contributed to that. One Company, Assume Positive Intent and Find the Way are a few of my favorites. I've read some of the negative comments about Beeline and lets be honest, you aren't going to make everyone happy and not everyone is a good fit. Bottom line you won't find a more caring forward thinking company to work for.

      Pros

      Leadership practices what they preach, caring and respectfulness fostered at all levels and is part of the company culture, leadership and company genuinely want to be a company of excellence

      Cons

      Company is at a crossroads as it continues to grow--we are teetering on becoming like other companies (command and control, too much WIP, short term thinking) or setting ourselves up to be truly excellent (long term sustainability, creating a culture of continuous improvement).
