      Pros

      I’ve met some of the most talented people during my time at Beeline. It truly is inspiring to be exposed to the innovation that our clients partner with us on. Work life balance is great! Leadership takes the interests of every employee to heart. In fact, I know that I can pick up the phone at anytime and chat with them about work or something else entirely. Our clients success drives the success of Beeline so keeping our clients front and center has always been a top priority. I would highly recommend working here.

      Would like to see a 401k match in the future.

      Pros

      I've been with this company for nearly 17 years. Through the good and bad times. No place is perfect but the message is consistent with them - family first and we will support you. The culture is amazing and the company's 9 principals has has contributed to that. One Company, Assume Positive Intent and Find the Way are a few of my favorites. I've read some of the negative comments about Beeline and lets be honest, you aren't going to make everyone happy and not everyone is a good fit. Bottom line you won't find a more caring forward thinking company to work for.

      Strong Leadership from CEO - transparent an inclusive ; Mission - you know where we are headed and where we want to go

      Cons

      Leadership from other areas lacking - either doesn't exist or so weak, it is difficult to see. Not all are treated equal - some that are long-time Beeliners are in high level positions, but don't see the value they are bringing.
