The company has a great culture. Great people and pretty good work/life balance.

Work/life balance, work from home (1 day wk), all executives are very approachable, team oriented, employees are taken care of by simple acts of random appreciation like sending all employees over to Starbucks for a drink courtesy of the president. They truly care about the employees.

Cons

Salaries can be a little low in comparison to other companies with same role. Minimal training opportunities so can be sink or swim for some roles.
