Lots of team spirit

Pros

Beeline makes great efforts to be inclusive and team-oriented. Company, team, and individual accomplishments are communicated via email to the entire organization, and many people "reply all" with their congratulations. If you are not customer-facing, the dress code is jeans. The company subsidizes smoking cessation, weight-loss programs, and fitness center memberships. I see a lot of promoting from within at the larger organization.

Cons

Departments and subsidiaries that are not part of them mainstream business tend to be marginalized. This comes across in various ways, from barely a mention at organization-wide events to an absence of marketing support. This has had a direct impact on revenue as well as team spirit at the subsidiary.

Just and Incredible Place to Work!

Pros

Great people, smart and savvy! A very laid back, collaborative environment where people actually care about and support one another AND the business at the same time. Fast moving, ever changing environment where the ability to learn quickly is a must. Family, both at home and at Beeline are a very high priority. Work-Life balance here is stressed which is why everyone I've met at Beeline won't work anywhere else.

Cons

Since we're growing so quickly space is rapidly becoming an issue. The areas we work in are open and loud which is great for collaboration at the expense of concentration. Limited number of (or otherwise allocated) and always busy conference rooms. No place to meet with your staff if you don't have an office or private area available.

Pros

Previous to Beeline I worked for a financial institution that was very stressful. The institution put profits first, Sales could do no wrong and Operations wasn't all that important. I dreaded going to work some days, especially Mondays. I made the switch to Beeline 6 years ago and I can honestly say I have never dreaded coming to work. On one occasion I had a rough Monday on the way to work and had a smidgen of "I don't want to be at work" today. After thinking about what I had on my plate for the day and what I would be doing (some easy, some difficult) I realized it wasn't going to be a bad day because it was at Beeline. I walked in the office with a smile and was thankful that I had a job here. Great place to work!

Cons

Being part of a large corporation has it downfalls, but Beeline has kept its cultural values.
