      Everyone helps each other out with various challenges. I continue to learn several times throughout each day and feel I'm contributing to Beeline's success.

      Cons

      Training is difficult when being a new employee as there is much to learn.

      The work environment along with my colleagues makes for a great place to work. We have a safe and positive structure to work at where we can have fun yet accomplish the tasks.

      Beeline is a big "small company". With a robust support system with a larger parent company, the culture and energy of a small company brings a great work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation and personal / professional growth.

      Cons

      With technology as the central focus, sometimes work-life balance takes a hit. That said, Beeline's benefits and employee engagement programs bring fresh breaks in the routines of a job.
